Service Description
The reformer is a versatile piece of equipment designed and used by Joseph Pilates. It consists of a sliding carriage, adjustable springs, and various straps and bars. It allows for a wide range of exercises that target different muscle groups. Manous is trained using the Stott method which offers a modern take on classical Pilates, with a focus on alignment and personalisation. You will work through a series of exercises on the reformer and because this is a private session, exercises can be modified based on any specific areas you want or need to focus on. This can include rehab or recovery from injuries or overall goals such as posture, strength, or flexibility. Reformer work is a great way to build strength, increase your range of motion, enhance body alignment and improving coordination and stability.

Reformer sessions can be booked well in advance, we appreciate that plans change but unfortunately no refunds or discounts are provided so please ensure availability before booking. To rearrange an appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice.
