PILATES IN FAREHAM

83 Pilates is run by Manous in and around Fareham with sessions in Fareham, Titchfield, Locks Heath, Botley, Whiteley and Sarisbury Green. Classes are all mat based, occasionally with the use of small equipment. Most classes are mixed ability where a movement is adapted to be suitable for complete beginners as well as challenging for more competent participants. Classes offered range from Fitness Pilates for the strong and capable, to fall prevention classes and Pilates for children key stage 2 and up.
